Jom masak kek chiffon pandan !~ so sorry ana lupe amik gambo nye,,so ana google je k? bagi sape2 yang x sure cane rupe kek chiffon pandan ni,,bole la tgk kat sini,,hehehe,,

Resepi ni ana amik dari kak yati,, sedap and menjadi,,so lalings ,,jom try wat!~

Bahan-bahan

Bahan A

* 6 biji kuning telur

* 2/3 cawan minyak Mazola

* 2/3 cawan santan pekat

* ½ sudu kecil garam

* 1 cawan gula pasir

* pewarna hijau dan perisa pandan

* 1 1/2 cawan tepung gandum *diayak

* 2 sudu kecil baking powder* diayak

Bahan B

* 6 biji putih telur

* 1/2 cawan gula pasir

* 1 sudu kecil cream of tar tar

Cara-cara

Bahan (A):

Masukkan kuning telur, garam dan gula. Kacau. ( tak perlu kembang, sebati je dah cukup)

Masukkan pewarna hijau, minyak & santan dan kacau lagi.

Masukkan tepung( yg telah diayak bersama baking powder) gaul sebati dan ketepikan dahulu.

Bahan (B):

Pukul putih telur sehingga menjadi berbuih.

Kemudian masukkan gula.Pukul lagi hingga kembang.

Masukkan cream of tar tar. Pukul lagi hingga betul2 kembang, jika diterbalikkan adunan tak jatuh.

Last sekali, masukkan bahan B ke dalam bahan A sedikit demi sedikit....guna spatula sahaja, cara kaedah kaup balik.

Tuang adunan ke dalam periuk lubang...tak perlu di lenser.

Setelah siap, hentakkan beberapa kali dan bakar selama 45-50 minit 175c

Setelah masak, angkat kek dan terus terbalikkan di redai kek sehingga sejuk.

Setelah sejuk, bolehlah di potong dan hidangkan.

My Baby : Rayhan Sophia

Opps, i have not been blogging for almost a month~ ;P

So how are u lalings? Alhamdulillah,my baby Rayhan Sophia is 4 months & 5 days old. God Knows how hard i pray for my baby's health.. Mak mane yg x syg anak kan?

Why??
My baby was diagnosed with Pulmonary Atresia With Intact Ventricular Septum(PAIVS) when i was 23 weeks preggy. PAIVS is a rare congenital cardiac lesion characterized by heterogeneous right ventricular development, an imperforate pulmonary valve, and possible extensive ventriculocoronary connections. Prognosis and management depend on the degree of right ventricular hypoplasia (including tricuspid valve hypoplasia) and the dependency of the myocardial blood supply on abnormal communications between the right ventricle and coronary arteries. Anyway, she had 3 operations ;1 after birth, 1 at 3 days old and 1 at 2 months old. and the major operation (final) will be in Sept 2011 InsyALLAH.

Good news !~ : all 3 operations succeeded :) YayYyy!!! Alhamdulillah.
Not so good news : My hubby's insurance company does not cover congenital problems. We had to come out with the money from our pockets + our parents' pockets !

We have not saved anything for the final/major operation that would cost RM 30-40 K. How to save? My hubby's earning is only sufficient for 1 person , not 3 ~ Thanks to the company that has got all the employees underpaid.. And i have to stay at home, take care of my lil angel. i need to contribute something......

Thus, i'm planning to declutter the room ,, selling off my personal stuff (brand new + pre-loved) .
Hope this will help my darling hubby and daughter :)
